The Cuties next door

Year single year for the past 8 years of living where I am, we had these beautiful gypsy horses foaling and god how i miss seeing cute little foals being born.

I remember running across our fields, ducking under the barbed wired fence to get to the other side to say hello to them, giving them small treats of apples and carrots, making sure they got used to human contact since they never really would until I guess they went to market.

The Carmelo foals always had a special part of my heart as only a few were born over the years and mostly because of how beautiful they were!

Finding old photographs I took of them years ago brings back so much loving memories!
